Deposits are nonrefundable, and gratuity for your guide is not included in the costs of the hunts.

INFORMATION FOR OUR 2023 ELK HUNTS

Elk Bow Season is two sessions. First session is any five consecutive days between September 1st and September 14th. Second session is any five consecutive days between September 15th and September 30th.  

Elk Rifle Season begins October 1st. Each hunt is a five day hunt, and open dates are available upon request.

The Bull Elk Hunts are $4,300, which includes New Mexico state tax. A deposit of $2,150 for each Bull Elk Hunt is required to confirm your hunt. The second half ($2,150) is required upon arrival, and prior to starting the hunt.

The Cow Elk Hunts are $1,000/each which includes New Mexico state tax. A deposit of $500 for each Cow Elk Hunt is required to confirm your hunt. The balance of $500 is required upon arrival and prior to starting the hunt. 

 

Trophy fees are determined on a point system. A bull that scores up to 299 SCI points is covered in the cost of the hunt. The trophy fee for bulls scoring 300 and over SCI points are as follows:

300-325 points add $500
326-350 points add a total of $1,000
351-375 points add a total of $1,500
376 points and over add a total of $3,000

The hunt fee includes guide and vehicle, assistance in retrieving, field dressing and skinning the elk.
If an elk is wounded, and not retrieved, it will be at the discretion of the guide whether or not the hunt will continue.

 

We also offer pond and small stream Fly Fishing for Rainbow and Brook Trout.
